Connecting Two Lines  DOUBLE UNI-KNOT With the use of fluorocarbon and braided backing on reels, used for deep sea fishing this is a great knot to master. When tied properly it’s very strong and will go through the eyes of the fishing rod easily. 1-Overlap the two lines about six inches. 2-Take one end and form a circle that overlies both lines. 3-Pass the end of the line six times around the two lines. 4-Pull the end tight to tighten the knot. 5-Repeat the process on the other line, tighten by pulling both lines drawing the two knots together.
