Snapper Baked In Cheese And Chips BAKED CHEESE AND POTATO CHIP SNAPPER Ingredients:6-8 snapper fillets (depending on size)1 bag of regular potato chips 1 bag of shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese 1 bottle of Ranch Dressing Parmesan cheese (optional)Instructions: Cut fish into palm size chunks. Season fish with seasoning of your choice. Marinate fish in ranch dressing for about 30 min. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 9x13 baking dish with Pam. (Lemon Pam is good for that extra zing) Crush chips in bag before opening. Roll fish in crushed chips, lay fish in baking dish and sprinkle remaining crumbs on top. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, also parmesan cheese if desired. Bake for 20 min. or until fish is flaky and white. Serving suggestions: A big fresh green salad on the side is great!Serves about 6-8 people.
