Mustard Broiled Red Snapper Mustard Broiled Snapper Fillets Yield: 4 Servings 1 1/2 lb Flounder fillets 2 tb Oil 2 tb Mayonnaise 1 tb Dijon mustard 1/4 c Chopped parsley Freshly ground pepper to .. taste Preheat broiler. Place snapper in a single layer on lightly oiled broiler rack. Brush lightly with oil. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, parsley and pepper; spread over fish. Broil 3-8 minutes or till topping is browned and fish flakes easily when tested with fork. The cooking time depends on the thickness of the fish. Place on heated platter; serve at once.
