Blood Knot      

BLOOD KNOT                           1- Lay the two lines parallel to each other overlapping them five or six inches. 2- Take five turns around one line with the other and bring back to the space between the two lines. 3-Repeat by doing the same around the other line bringing it back to the space between the two lines, the two lines should extend in opposite directions. 4- Draw the knot up tightly and trim off the tag ends. This fishing knot is used to tie two lines of the approximately the same diameter together. If used on dissimilar sized line is sure to double up the thinner line.
