Simple Baked Fish        

Gather together the following items
Any White Meat Saltwater Fish - 2 lbs
Italian style Stewed Tomatoes
Chopped Celery - a cup should do it
Chopped Onion - half a cup
Butter or  Olive Oil
Grated Parmesan

Now the difficult part -
Saute the celery and onions in the butter or olive oil.  Pour the vegetables and stewed tomotoes over the fish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes..  Sprinkle grated cheese over and serve hot.
