Recipe-White Seabass Or Halibut A Different Way                                                                                                                                 1 1/2 lbs Bass or Halibut - Diced
1 qt sour cream, You can use light
1 onion
1 tlbs salt
1/4 lb butter
1 cup of lime juice
2 1/2 cloves of garlic - sliced
1/4 cup dried parsley

Slice onion and mix in bowl with lime juice and salt.  Place fish chunks in mixture and marinate for 5-10 minutes.  Drain.  Saute with butter, garlic, sour cream and parsley. 

Serve as an appetizer or party food with toast triangles.
