  seasoning  works well on most fish.

1 1/2 pounds white seabass, cut in 4 1-inch- thick pieces
1/4 cup olive oil
Lawry's Lemon Pepper, to taste
Lawry's Seasoned Salt, to taste

Brush white seabass with olive oil. Sprinkle both sides of fillet with Lemon Pepper and Seasoned Salt. Grill over medium-high heat 5 minutes each side or until fish just begins to flake.
